Under „step/distance/calories mode“ press and hold VIEW for 3 seconds to
clear data (except record mode and total record mode data). Every 2:00am
the current record will be saved as historical data.

Under record mode press SET to select the data field for review
Press VIEW to show previous day record
Press VIEW to view previous day (up to 7 days)

Under total record mode press and hold VIEW W for 3 seconds to clear all
existing data (including record mode and total record mode data).
If the step count reaches 99.999 steps, it will display ERR and the user
needs to clear all existing data.
HOW TO CARR
PLACE THE UNIT IN YOUR POCKET

Place the pedometer in the upper front of your clothing or in the front
pocket of your pants. Do not place it in the back pocket of your pants.
Attach the clip on the edge of your pocket to prevent it from dropping.
PLACE THE UNIT IN YOUR BAG
Place it in a secure section or
partition of your bag.
Note: The display will not change
until you have walked for more than
10 steps.
INCORRECT MEASUREMENT
If the unit is swinging it moves irregulary and hits your foots, belt or the top
of your pants.
Running, engaged in sport, walking up or down a stairs.
Wearing sandals or clogs.
