1. The warranty period starts running on the date of sale by an ocial authorized dealer to
a consumer. The condition for a valid claim is a conrmation of the Certicate of Warranty by
an ocial authorized seller. The up-to-date list of authorized sellers of Dogtrace dealers is
available at www.dogtrace.com or it is available at our oce and from our sales representatives.
2. The warranty provided does not apply to product faults caused by:
a) Unqualied installation or by a failure to follow instructions in the user’s guide
b) Misuse of the product
c) Improper storage or servicing
d) Unauthorized intervention or repair made without informing the manufacturer
e) As a result of a natural disaster or any inevitable event
f) By alteration of the goods made by the consumer if such an alteration resulted in damage
on the product
g) Due to mechanical damage by the consumer
h) Any other procedure carried by the consumer, being in conict with these warranty terms
and conditions and/or the servicing instructions.
3. The warranty provided only applies to the goods purchased from the ocial authorized dealer.
4. The warranty cannot be claimed unless the goods are completely paid for or if the goods are
from a sale.
5. The claimant is obliged to prove the fault of the product which he/she makes a complaint of;
enable the manufacturer to check the legitimacy of the product faults and assessment of the
extent of the product faults and do not make repairs of the product by himself or by any third
person. At the same time, s/he is obliged to submit the product to the manufacturer at a state
enabling to assess the faults. If it be to the contrary, s/he loses claim arising from liability of the
manufacturer for product faults.
6. Claims of the consumer arising from liability of the manufacturer for product faults arise from
general obligatory legal regulations. In the event of a demonstrable material fault, the
manufacturer is liable to replace the faulty product with a perfect one.
7. Other rights and liabilities of the manufacturer and the person entitled from claim are set up
by relevant general obligatory legal regulations.
