You can consult the table below as a guideline for settings:

Power Output Application

Low 17% 150 W Keep warm, softening ice cream

M. Low (Defrost) 33% 300 W Thawing, softening butter

Med. 55% 500 W Slow cooking: stew, sh,...

M. High 77% 700 W Normal cooking: rice, sh, chicken, meat

High 100% 900 W Quick cooking: heating up, boiling water,

vegetables,...

The table below is an indication for the defrost time for various foods.

Food, weight Defrost time

Meat 0.1~1 kg 1:30~26:00

Poultry 0.2~1 kg 2:30~22:00

Seafood 0.1~0.9 kg 1:30~14:00

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

· Place the food on the glass turntable and close the door. Make sure the food is in a microwave-safe

container.

· Choose the correct setting.

· Choose the desired time. If the desired cooking time is less than 15 minutes, then rst turn the knob

over 15 minutes and turn back the knob to the desired cooking time.

· The microwave oven will automatically start after the time has been set. During cooking you can open

the door of the microwave any time. The microwave oven will automatically interrupt its cooking

process. Close the door again to continue the cooking cycle.

· When the cooking time is over, a bell signal will sound.

· When you take food out of the microwave oven, make sure that the oven is o by turning the timer

button to 0. Otherwise, the microwave oven may start to operate empty, which can cause overheating

and damage to the microwave oven.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

· Always make sure you remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance.

· Clean the inside of the appliance after every use with a slightly damp cloth.

· Clean the parts like the grill, the glass turntable,... in warm water with a mild detergent.

· The door, the lock and the control panel can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth when dirty.

· Do not immerse the appliance in water.

· Do not use a metal brush or other aggresive cleaningproducts for the cleaning of the microwave.
