FIRST USE
1. Remove all packaging materials and labels.
2. Open the Cover of the unit slowly by releasing the Locking Clip to prevent the
cover from springing back.
3. Clean the Baking Surface with a damp cloth before use.
4. Plug the unit into the power outlet, the unit is ready for use.
NOTE :
1. When using the unit for the rst time, a ne haze of smoke may be emitted. This is
normal due to the initial heating of the internal components.
2. Before using the unit, always completely unwind the power cord to protect it from
heat build-up.
3. Place the unit on an even, heat-resistant, splash-proof surface.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
1. Before using the unit, clean the Baking Surfaces with a damp cloth.
2. Close the Cover and lock it with the Locking Clip until you hear it clip into place.
3. Plug the unit into the power outlet, the Red Power Light will go on indicating the
unit is heating up. Allow the unit to preheat until the Green Ready Light goes on,
which means the operating temperature is reached. The unit is ready for baking.
4. Open the Cover, quickly ll each of the baking mould with mixed batter
5. Close the Cover again, the Green Ready Light comes back off again after a short
time. It indicates the unit is heating up.
6. Wait until the Ready Light goes on, then slowly open the Cover to check the degree
of baking until all cupcakes become “Golden Brown”.
7. Loosen the baked cupcake at the sides, and remove them using a wooden spatula.
Do not use metal utensils as this may damage the non-stick coating in the baking
plates. Allow doughnuts to cool down completely before icing and decorating.
CAUTION :
1. Avoid touching the baking plates as they become very hot while cooking. Only
touch the unit by its handle or use oven gloves if necessary.
Useful Tips :
1. Crispy baked cupcake soon go soft if you pile them on top of each other. It is better
to place them at a dry place in single layer.
2. All ingredients should be mixed thoroughly to produce even browning.
3. Do not overll and make sure the batter not too runny as this may produce large
amounts of steam and possibly also cause batter to escape from between the baking
surfaces.
