2. Make sure that the plug is removed from the socket and that the speed control is
set to ‘OFF’.
3. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head up entirely and
turn the release button to the right again, so that it points upwards, to lock the
head.
4. Put the mixing bowl in the base and turn it clockwise so it locks. Put the
ingredients into the bowl.
5. Choose the accessory you want to use: beater, dough hook, balloon whisk.
a. Attach the accessory to the head by sliding it around the axis.
b. Turn the accessory a quarter turn counterclockwise.
c. Release the accessory so that it falls into the lock position.
6. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head down entirely and
turn the release button a quarter turn to the right again so that it point upwards, to
lock the head.
7. Place the lid onto the bowl.
8. Put the plug into the socket and select the desired speed by turning the speed
control knob.
9. During the preparation you can add ingredients through the ll opening in the lid.
Caution: Do not use the appliance for longer than 10 minutes at a time. After 10
minutes of use, let the appliance cool down for 30 minutes before using it again.
10. To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob to the ‘OFF’ position.
DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the plug from the socket.
2. Remove the lid from the mixing bowl.
3. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head up entirely and
turn the release button to the right again, so that it points upwards, to lock the
head.
4. Push the accessory out of the lock position and turn it a quarter turn clockwise.
Slide the accessory off of the axis and remove the accessory. Remove the
accessories carefully, since they may have sharp edges.
5. Turn the bowl counterclockwise out of the lock position and remove the bowl.
6. Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head down entirely and
turn the release button a quarter turn to the right again so that it point upwards, to
lock the head.
