1. GET S T ARTED
Be care ful not to damage your ng ernails when
you remo ve the baery co ver . Do not bend or
twist the ba ery cover ex cessively as it may be
damaged.
Note! Mak e sure that the card’ s con tacts are
facing down wards and that the cut o c orner
is as shown. T ak e care not t o scrat ch or bend
the cont acts on the cards. This device accepts
micro SIM car ds (3FF) and microSD car d.
Insert the baery by sliding it in to the baery
compartment with the c ontacts facing
downwar ds to the right. R eplace the baery
c o v e r.
CAUTION
Only use baeries, char ger and accessories
that ha ve been approved f or use with
this parcular model. Connecng other
accessories may be dang erous and may

5. ASSIST ANCE BUTT ON
The assistance bu on allows easy access t o
cont act your predened help number s should
you need help. Mak e sure that the assis tance
funcon is acvat ed befor e use.
1. When help is needed, press and hold the
assistance bu on for 3 seconds, or pr ess it
twice within 1 second.
The assistance c all begins aer a delay of
5 seconds. In this me you c an prevent a
possible false alarm by pr essing .
2. An assistance t ext message (SMS) is sent
to all recipients. The rst r ecipient in the list
is dialled. If the call is not answered within
25 seconds, the next number is dialled.
Dialling is r epeated 3 mes or unl the call is
answer ed, or unl is pr essed.
CAUTION
When an assistance call is acvat ed the phone
is pre-set t o handsfree mode. Do not hold
the device near your ear when the hands free
mode is in use, because the volume ma y be
extr emely loud.
