Important!
Mobile phones use radio signals, the mobile phone network, the
terres trial network and user -progr ammed funcons. This means
that connecon cannot be guar anteed in all circumstances.
Theref ore, never rely only on a mobile phone for very import ant
calls such as medical emerg encies.
V ehicles
Radio signals can aect electr onic systems in motor v ehicles (for
example, electr onic fuel injecon, ABS brakes, automa c cruise
control, air bag s ystems) that hav e been incorrectly inst alled or are
inadequately prot ected. Contact the manufacturer or its r epre-

equipment.
Do not keep or tr ansport ammable liquids, gases or explosives
together with the unit or its accessories.
For vehicles equipped with air bags: R emember that air bags ll
with air with considerable f orce. Do not place objects, including

Specic Absorpon Rat e (SAR)
This device meets applicable interna onal safety requiremen ts for
exposure t o radio wa ves. Y our mobile device is a radio transmier
and receiver . It is designed not to ex ceed the limits for exposure to
radio wa ves (radio frequency electromagnec elds) r ecommended
by internaonal guidelines fr om the independent scienc organiza-
on ICNIRP (Internaonal Commission of Non-Ionizing Radiaon
Protecon).
The radio wa ve exposure guidelines use a unit of measurement
known as the Specic Absorpon Rate, or S AR. The SAR limit for
mobile devices is 2.0 was/kilogr amme (W/kg) as an average v alue
per 10 grams of body ssue. These limits include a subst anal safety
margin designed to ensure the sa fety of all per sons regardless of age
and health.
T ests for SAR are c onducted using standar d operang posions with
the device transming at its highes t cered power level in all
tested fr equency bands. The highest SAR values under the ICNIRP
guidelines for this device model ar e:
Head SAR: 0.426 W/kg
Body SAR: 0.797 W/kg
During normal use, the SAR values f or this device are usually well
below the values st ated above. This is bec ause the output power
of your mobile device is automac ally decreased when full power
is not needed for the call f or the sake of sys tem eciency and to
minimise interf erence on the network. The lower the power output
of the device, the lower its SAR v alue.
This device meets RF exposur e guidelines when used against the
head or when posioned at least 0.5 cm awa y from the body . When
a carrying case, belt clip or other form of de vice holder is used to
aach the device t o your body , it should not contain met al and
should ensure the above-s tated minimum separ aon distance from
the body (0.5 cm).
The W orld Health Organiz aon (WHO) has stated that curr ent
scienc informa on does not indicate the need for any special
precauons when using mobile devices. If you ar e interested in
reducing your e xposure, they rec ommend you reduce y our usage
or use a hands-free accessory to k eep the device away fr om your
head and body .
