Operation

The tanning unit will be switched on by using the On/

Off- switch



 at the digital-timer.

With the keys



 and



 you can select your tanning

time (max. 30 minutes).



After loose of time the digital timer of the tanning unit

switches off automatically. For cooling the tanning unit

the integrated fans are working for further 3 minutes.

For tanning units with facial lamps the digital timer has

to be switched on with key



.

The facial tanner achieves his full tanning capacity after

an exposure time of 3 minutes. After switching off and

immediate resetting the tubes ignite after 3 minutes

again.

Body cooling fan

For tanning units with body cooling you can switch

it on/ off with the key



 at the digital timer.

Replacing the lamps and starters

Always switch off the power for the solarium before

performing any work on it!

Should a lamp fail to light up, take off the acrylic sheet. To

do so, take the cover off on one side of the unit. Then move

the acrylic sheet somewhat to one end, so that it becomes

free from the end cover.

The acrylic sheets have been placed with tension into the

grooves. To remove, simultaneously press the sheet to the

rear and down in the centre (up on the canopy) of the sheet,

and pull it out from the front groove as that edge will come

free first.

Now carefully turn the lamp backward or forward to

eliminate a possible contact fault. If this does not resolve

the problem, there may be a defect with the lamp or the

starter, which can be detected by either yourself or an

electrician:

Turn the lamp so that one of the bi-pins can be seen

through the lamp-holder groove. Take the lamp out carefully.

Replace the new lamp in the reverse manner. Then turn the

lamp by 90 degrees in the direction to where the writing on

the lamp is visible.

The defect could be in the starter, if the lamp assumed

faulty works in another lamp-holder. This can also be tested

by exchanging the starter. To do this, turn it to the left until

it comes free from its fixture. Turn the new starter to the

right.

Afterwards clean all lamps, the reflector and the acrylic

sheet with a soft cloth and replace the acrylic sheet.
