Using the knife set
With two different types of blades, you can quickly and
effortlessly cut meat, bread, fruits and vegetables. The
high-quality, non-rusting blades ensure long-term heat
resistance and sharpness.
1. Remove the device from the packaging and check if
all parts are present. If this is not the case, contact our
customer service centre.
2. Clean all parts as described under “Care and
Cleaning” prior to using it for the rst time.
3. New storage battery packs should be fully charged
prior to using the knife for the rst time (ten hours). In
order to do so, set the storage battery pack included
in the product contents on the charger (Fig. A). Then
insert it in the handle unit (Fig. B).
4. Adjust the rivet at the end of the rst blade to t
into the hole on the end of the second blade (Fig. C).
Insert the blades in the knife holder (Fig. D).
5. When inserting or removing the two blades, always
ensure that the safety lock is set to the locked position
(Fig. E) and that the storage battery pack has been
previously removed.
6. Select the appropriate pair of blades for the food
to be cut. Fig. F and G illustrate the manner in which
you are to slowly remove the handle unit with the
blade pair from the knife holder. After you have done
so, ensure that the blade pair has locked into place by
pulling the plastic handles on the blades towards the
handle unit (Fig. H).
7. Place the food on a cutting board. For this, use the
safety food holder included.
8. Release the safety lock by pulling it away from the
casing (Fig. I) and push the activation switch towards
