5. To adjust it to the length you want, unscrew the locking screw (B), pull the rear wheel

holder out of the short tube or slide it further in, and then ﬁ x it in place again using

the locking screw.

6. Test again whether the setting is now correct, and adjust it again if necessary.

Height of the saddle support

7. If the ﬁ rst setting is suitable, adjust the saddle support to the height you want in the

same way. When you do this, be aware that the locking screw must ﬁ t in one of the

pre-punched holes.

8. Test again whether both settings are suitable for the bicycle and adjust them again

if necessary.

Use

1. Set up the bicycle stand in a suitable place, bearing in mind the safety notices in

these instructions, with sufﬁ cient clearance (at least the length of the bicycle) at the

front and above.

2. Guide the bicycle backwards up to the bicycle stand.

3. Lift the rear wheel into the rear wheel holder (1).

The rear wheel must not rest on the cross struts in the rear wheel holder. These

serve merely to provide stability for the structure.

4. Fix the front wheel to the bicycle frame using the hook and loop tape so that it cannot

fall to the side when it is lifted up. This is to ensure that the bicycle ﬁ ts securely in the

bicycle stand.

5. Grab the bicycle by the handlebar and pull it upwards.

6. Tilt the bicycle carefully backwards and place the seat post down in the saddle sup-

port (5).

7. Ensure that the bicycle rests ﬁ rmly and securely in place.

8. To take the bicycle out of the bicycle stand again, stand to the side next to the bicycle,

grab the handlebar and tilt the bicycle carefully forwards.

9. Make sure that the hook and loop tape on the front tyre is removed before you at-

tempt to ride the bicycle.

Disposal

The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the packaging in an environ-

mentally friendly manner and take it to a recycling centre.
