SAFETY INFORMATION
Check that the load capacity of the
floor is consistent with the weight of the
boiler and provide suitable solutions
if necessary (load distribution plate);
consult a qualified technician if you
have any doubts.
Do not use the boiler with the fire door
open and/or glass broken.
After a long idle period, check
the chimney and the flue for any
obstructions.
Some parts of the boiler, in particular
door and exhaust pipe, reach very
high temperatures during operation,
avoid contact with such parts without
suitable protections.
Do not use flammable liquids or
substances to light the boiler or
rekindle flames.
The boiler must be fed exclusively
with fuels whose characteristics are
described in the manual.
Make sure that the boiler is installed in
a suitable room with small openings for
ventilation as required by applicable
regulations.
Any unauthorised tampering,
replacement and/or modification of
the boiler parts can cause danger
to the user's safety and release the
manufacturer from any responsibility.
Hot ashes must not be put together
with domestic waste or left unattended.
It is forbidden to modify the safety or
regulating devices.
Do not pull, twist, or disconnect the
electrical cables from the boiler.
It is forbidden to handle easily
inflammable or explosive substances
near the boiler during operation.
Do not use the boiler for any purpose
other than that for which it was
designed.
In addition to the content of the warranty certificate, we
would like to inform you that
The warranty is valid under the condition that:
installation, plumbing connection, electrical
connection, testing, commissioning and regular
maintenance are carried out by qualified technical
personnel;
the appliance is not used by persons (including
children) who are incapacitated or with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities;
the appliance is installed by qualified technical
personnel in accordance with applicable
regulations and/or provisions including local
regulations, and following the instructions in this
booklet;
the customer is in possession of the product
purchase documents and the warranty certificate
stating the date of first ignition which must be
carried out by authorised technical personnel.
This warranty is not valid if:
the installation has not been carried out by qualified
technical personnel following the regulations
and/or provisions, local regulations, and the
instructions in this user and installation booklet;
the customer is not in possession of the product
purchase documents and warranty certificate.
The warranty does not cover any parts that may
be damaged or defective due to incorrect use,
negligent maintenance or installation that is incorrect
or inconsistent with the content of this manual. The
manufacturer declines any responsibility for any
damage that may arise to persons, things and animals
as a result of non-compliance with the rules and
instructions on installation, operation and maintenance
contained in this manual.
The warranty does not include:
damage caused by the transport of the product;
damage caused by chemical, electrochemical
and atmospheric agents, fire, lightning, flood,
glaciation, earthquakes, natural disasters and
defective electrical systems;
damage to masonry;
damage caused by the use of fuels which are not
in compliance with those described in the manual,
damage caused by normal corrosion, damage to
the electrical and plumbing systems, or flue if the
instructions in this manual are not followed;
damage to the boiler body in the event that a
return temperature to the boiler of at least 50°C is
not guaranteed through the provision of an anti-
condensate circuit;
damage caused by modifications or tampering
with the electrical, plumbing and mechanical
parts and/or other causes not connected with the
manufacturing of the product;
damage caused by use of non-original spare
parts.
The following parts are not covered by the warranty:
parts subject to wear and tear such as the
refractory pit, catalyst, flame deflector, gaskets
and glass;
all parts subject to variations in colour, coloured
parts, finishes, handles and electric cables.
