Regular maintenance is required for the stove to function correctly.
The stove will NOT function properly unless ANNUAL MAINTENANCE is implemented and any problems
deriving from this will not be covered by the warranty.
Non-compliance with maintenance procedures will render the warranty null and void.
Before performing any maintenance, disconnect the appliance from the mains.
DAILY CLEANING
Cleaning must be carried out with a vacuum cleaner. (see optional extras page 42).
The whole procedure takes up a few minutes every day.
Shake the cleaning rods often (when cold) – these are found in the front upper part (*).
Operations to be carried out when the stove is cold
• Vacuum the door, the hearth and the compartment around the combustion chamber where the ashes fall.
• Remove the combustion chamber or use the spatula to scrape it and clean out any blocked holes on all sides.
• Vacuum the combustion chamber and clean the contact edges.
• Clean the glass, if necessary (when cold).
Never vacuum hot ashes as this will damage the vacuum cleaner
WEEKLY CLEANING
• Clean the hearth (with a brush) after having removed the 2 smoke deviators.
• empty the hopper and vacuum the base when the stove has not been used for a period of time and when used, once
every 15 days.
NOTE:
After 2500 kg of pellets have been consumed, ‘MAINTENANCE??’ will appear on the display. This signals the
need for the annual maintenance procedure to be implemented by a DEALER.
