• Mechanical 60-minute timer with disabling signal

• Steplessly adjustable temperature up to 250°C

BEFORE USE

•

Unpack the appliance and accessories, then wash and wipe these accessories.

•

It is normal if some smoke or smell emanates from the appliance when using it for the first

time. Therefore, we advise you to use your appliance empty once before the first use. Set

the timer to ca. 10 minutes at the maximum temperature (230°C) on the "heat from above

and below" position.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• When using for the first time, clean the appliance with a damp cloth and wipe dry.

• Plug the unit into an earthed wall socket.

• Put the food in the oven.

•

Select the desired cooking mode (upper heating element or lower and upper heating

element) and the temperature thanks to the buttons on the control panel.

•

Turn the mechanical timer to set the desired cooking time. The pilot light will illuminate.

You'll hear a signal when the cooking time has elapsed. The appliance will switch off

automatically. The pilot light will go out.

• If you want to stop before the selected time is over, place the timer in the “0” position.

• Carefully open the door, preferably using an oven glove.

• Remove the food using appropriate utensils. To take out the baking tray or the rack, make

use of the carrying handle.

• After use, remove the plug from the wall socket.

THERMOSTAT

You can adjust the temperature steplessly between 100°C and 250°C.

This appliance is mainly suitable for the preparation of pizzas. Use the provided pizza stone and

use it for best baking results, setting the upper and lower heat.
