9. TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULTS CAUSES AND REMEDIES
The load cannot be raised with the trolley jack 1. The lowering screw has not been tightened.
- Tighten the screw clock-wise.
2. The level of fluid is too low.
- Add more fluid as described in the instructions.
The trolley jack cannot hold the load 3. See No. 1 and No. 2.

- First close the lowering screw and then open
the vent plug.
- Place your foot against a front wheel and pull up
the jacking arm as far it will go.
- Lower the jacking arm and try again to raise
the load.
