Prepare boiler for ﬁ rst startup

It‘s recommended to put the boiler

on 50% load a er the ﬁ rst startup, as

this is the best star ng point to do a

proper combus on analysis. This can

be done with the following proce-

dure:

• Push bu on I >3 Secs, the boiler

goes into controller Stop mode.

• Push the Info bu on (G), the ac-

tual boiler load (%) appears in the

display;

• Choose „set up“ (conﬁ rm with OK

bu on), now the boiler load can

be changed by rota ng the wheel

 ng with the OK bu on.

LPG (G31) Se ngs

In order to operate with G31 gas

type reaching the related parameters

(9524 min. rpm and 9529 max. rpm)

on the display. Values of rpm are

listed on page 9:

• Push OK bu on

• Push (G) for 3 seconds

• choose installer with wheel (C)

• Push OK bu on

• choose branderautomaat with

wheel (C)

• Push OK bu on

• choose parameternumber you

want to change with wheel (C)

• OK (parameter is blinking)

• change value with wheel (C)

• OK (parameter is stored)

Stop mode can be exited by pushing

the control mode bu on (I) >3 Secs.

Ini al procedures

To guarantee safety and the correct

opera on of the appliance, the boiler

must be prepared for opera on by a

qualiﬁ ed technician who possesses

the skills which are required by law.

Electricity supply

• Check that the voltage and fre-

quency of the electricity supply

correspond to the data shown on

the boiler data plate;

• Make sure that the earthing con-

nec on is eﬃ cient.

Filling the hydraulic circuit

Proceed in the following manner:

• Open the system ﬁ lling point and

vent the hydraulic system. Con -

nue ﬁ lling the system un l pres-

sure gauge on the boiler registers

1.5 bar

Gas supply

Proceed as follows:

• Make sure that the gas supply de-

livers the same type of gas as in-

dicated on the boiler data plate;

ATTENTION: The Boiler is set for

G20-G25 gas type. To operate with

G31 gas type use the procedures

described on “LPG se ngs”.

• Open all doors and windows;

• Make sure there are no sparks or

ﬂ ames in the room;

• Make sure that the gas connec-

 ons are sound.

Prepara on for ﬁ rst startup

• Open the gas supply;

• Enable the power supply to the

boiler;

• Switch on the boiler with the on/

oﬀ switch (A);

• Make sure the boiler is in standby

mode ( );

• Check the pump opera on: make

sure the pump runs in the right di-

rec on;

• Release all air from the pump mo-

tor.
