Warranty and Service
The company Schaub Lorenz GmbH guarantees the purchaser of this product that the product is free of
defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
In the case that warranty claims are made, the customer is obligated to present the following documents and
make the following declarations.
1. Provide the original sales receipt with the sales date.
2. Name
3. Address
4. The serial number and model number of the product.
5. A detailed description of the error.
In the case of warranty service, the customer must bring or ship the product in the original packaging, with all
accessories, to a service center authorized by Schaub Lorenz GmbH. The customer bears the costs for this.
The costs for the return shipping are borne by Schaub Lorenz GmbH.
Notice:
A malfunction of the device does not necessarily mean that the device is defective. Before you send
the device in or return it to the vendor, please contact our service hotline or send us an email with a
brief description the malfunction.
