Caution:

1. This device is designed to handle average amounts of food. It can be used without

interruption for a maximum of 1 minute. After that, it should be allowed to cool for

5 minutes otherwise it will overheat.

2. Do not use the appliance to blend very hard and/or dry foods. Do not use it to

crush ice.

3. Never blend hot oil or fat.

4. Always add liquid when blending vegetables or fruit.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all packaging material.

2. Separate the shaft from the hand-held stick by rotating the hand-held stick anti-clockwise (when the shaft

and blade face downwards). Clean the shaft and blade of your appliance in warm soapy water. Rinse and

dry thoroughly before assembling back.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

1. The appliance blends and mixes fast and easily. Use it to make sauces, soups, mayonnaise, purees, dietary

and baby food, mixed drinks or cocktails. You can operate the stick blender in any bowl, pan or other

containers. If you want to blend directly in a saucepan, you should take the saucepan away from the stove

first and let it cool down slightly.

2. To avoid splashing, insert the stick blender into the vessel first, and then press the low/high speed button.

Keep the button pressed for operation. To turn off your stick blender, simply release the button.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Before cleaning, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

2. Detach the shaft from the hand-held stick. Clean the shaft and blade in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry

thoroughly before assembling back.

3. Wipe the outer surface of the blender body with a damp cloth.

4. Never wash the motor housing in water or any other liquids.

5. Do not touch the sharp blade.

6. Do not wash any parts in a dishwasher.
