25. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not
bend it.
26. Place the appliance on a stable, level surface from which it
cannot fall off.
27. If you use products with non-stick surfaces, please make
sure no birds are in the same room and that the room can
be completely closed off and well-ventilated.
28. Fill water or soup not more that 70% of the pot during
operation. Spillage from overflow when boiled may cause
electric hazard.
29. Never switch on the appliance with an empty pot which
may result in serious damage to the appliance.
30. Do not cover the lid during grilling or if the grill plate is hot.
Do not spatter other liquid than cooking oil on the grill
plate. Do not touch the grill plate during cooking; it is very
hot.
31. “Flat-topped” tapered heater must be kept dry at all times.
It is just solely for grill plate use. Do not try to use it for
other purpose.
32. Place the pot in a dry place. Be careful to protect the
heating base against dampness and shock. Never put the
heating base into water for cleaning.
33. Do not remove the pot from the heating base before it
cools down. Removing the pot with force may damage the
pot and the heating base.
34. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before
cleaning. Allow it to cool down before putting on or taking
off parts, and before cleaning.
35. The appliance should be given ample air circulation on all
sides. The heating base has to face upwards when using.
36. Operate the appliance on a flat and dry place. Always keep
the appliance dry, especially the heating base. The
appliance may be deformed or damaged when exposed to
high heat or used in unstable surroundings (excess water
or humidity).
