10. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance
is not in use and before cleaning.
11. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges and
keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
12. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or
other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
13. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not
pull the power cord.
14. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove the
plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it to an
authorized service center for repair.
15. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet
with a wet hand.
16. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to
repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.
17. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
18. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
19. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
20. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
21. Turn the unit off and wait at least 5 minutes when changing
between “COLD” and “HOT” modes.
22. When using in the car, there will be a drain on the car battery
if the engine is off.
23. Ensure the fan is able to rotate at all times.
24. The unit is not designed for heating cold foods.
25. Anything (such as medications and milk) that can spoil is not
recommended to be kept in the appliance in case the
temperature is too high. Drinks that do no spoil easily, such as
Coke, are preferred.
26. Protect the appliance from direct sunlight, never use the
appliance in a closed room without an air exchanger.
27. It is recommended to be used in the station wagon’s luggage
compartment or middle row, or on the seat beside driver or
rear row of a general car.
28. Leave 100mm to the wall on the rear side to keep the
ventilation.
