Dot matrix :
The 10x20 dot matrix reflects incline on the Elevation programs (Program 2-5), Incline &
Speed combination programs (Program 10-12) and speed on the Speed programs (Program
6-9), the User Programs (program 20-22). Displays heart on HRC program (P17-P19) and
displays a 0.4 km running track on Manual program (P1), Target programs (P13-P16) and
Body Fat program (P23).
Prompt text :
Shows the program’s name and what you can do for next step to start the treadmill.
Displays pulse rate except when setting incline level in Speed programs
(Program 6-9) and the User Programs (program 20-22). To get a pulse rate,
place both of your hands on the pulse grip bars or use a heart rate chest strap.
It is recommended to stand on the foot rails to get an accurate reading. If you
are walking or jogging, it is difficult for the monitor to accurately read your
pulse rate. The pulse grips should only be used as an estimate and persons
with medical conditions and/or a specific need for accurate heart rate
monitoring should not rely on the estimations provided.
When using the HRC programs, it shows the Target Heart Rate(THR) value.
Shows the workout time. Time begins at 0:00 and counts up. The maximum time is
99:59.
When using Body Fat program, it shows Body Fat result in percentage.
Displays the speed when the treadmill belt is moving. Speed range for 1600E : 0.8 -
20KPH (0.5 -12MPH) When using HRC and Body Fat program, it shows the age
value.
Displays the level of incline. Incline for 1600E : 0 -12%
When using Body Fat program, it shows the sex option. (0 represents Male; 1
represents Female)
