A.6 Error margins
The following error margins are valid for the CYCLE models of the CARDIO LINE 400 MED
series in compliance with the standard DIN VDE 750-238:
1. The read-out error of the wattage p must not exceed ± 5% of the displayed value.
However, the read-out error is not required to fall below ± 3W.
2. The read-out error of the rotational speed n is set to a maximum of ± 2 min-1 above
40 min-1.
3. The measuring device to assess the output calculated on the base of deceleration
torque and the rotational speed of the treadle ergometer must not exceed an error
margin of 1 %.
The characteristic curve family of the deceleration torque control‘s work capacity can be
assessed from the following figure:
