1 Mute / Program
a. Switch microphone on or off. See section “During Calls” on
page 21.
b. Store your most frequently called number as a quick dial
number, see section “Abbreviated Numbers” on page 51.
Note: If you unplug the telephone, the stored number will
remain for about 4 hours.

Activate programmed quick dial number, see section “Abbreviated
Numbers” on page 51.
3 Last Number Redial / Pause key
a. Redial last number dialled.
b. Insert a pause if you have to wait for dial tone.
4 R-key
Used for example to make an inquiry, to transfer a call or to
establish a conference, see section “During Calls” on page 21.
5 Message waiting lamp
A flashing light indicates a waiting message. See section “Internal
Messages” on page 42.
6Handset volume
