PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Beforeusingforthersttime(oraftera
longperiodofstorage),lltheappliance
with water and boil the water. Empty
andrellandboilagain.
1. Fill the appliance up to the
maximum level (”MAX”) shown
on the water level gauge (12) (the
appliance can hold a maximum of
1.2 litres).
2. Switch on as described under
”UsingtheAppliance”.Allowthe
water to boil.
3. Pouroutthewateronceithas
boiled.
4. Repeat point 2 once more. The
appliance is now ready for use.
USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Openthelid(3)usingtherelease
button (2).
2. Pour fresh water into the appliance.
Fill the appliance with water at least
to the minimum mark (”MIN”) and
not exceeding the maximum mark
(”MAX”). The marks are shown on
the water level gauge.
3. Closethelidandensurethatit
clicks into place.
4. Placetheapplianceonitsbase(10)
bypositioningitsotheconnector(8)
onthebasetsintotheholeonthe
underside of the appliance.
5. Connect the appliance by plugging
the plug (7) into the socket and
turning the power on.
