WARNING
• Do not operate the mixer
for longer than 10 minutes
at a time. After 10 minutes,
take a break until the
appliance has cooled down.
✓ Clean the attachments (5
and 6) before using them
for the first time.
✓ Push the beater (6) or
kneading hook (5) into the
slots until they click in
audibly and reliably:
✓ Insert the mains plug (4)
into a mains outlet.
✓ In order to start the mixer
slide the power level (2) to
the desired speed level. In
the process you can choose
between 5 speeds and the
turbo-key (3) as well (See
the chapter on “Speeds”).
✓ Press the eject button (1)
in order to release the
beater (6) or kneading
hook (5).
Please note:
For reasons of safety, the beater
(6) or kneading hook (5) can be
released only if the power level
(2) is in position 0.
11 Cleaning
WARNING
Pull out the mains plug (4) every
time before cleaning the
appliance. There is a danger of
electrical shock!
• The hand unit (7) must never
be immersed in water or other
liquids! In this case life
threatening injuries can result
from electrical shock if liquid
residue comes in contact with
live parts when the appliance
is in operation.
• Clean the hand unit (7)
only with a damp cloth and
if necessary with a mild
cleaning agent.
• You can wash the beater
(6) or kneading hook (5)
under running water or in
the dishwasher.
• We recommend cleaning
the attachments
immediately after use. In
this way, food residue is
eliminated and the
possibility of a buildup of
bacteria is reduced.
