Dear customer,
Our products undergo stringent quality controls. If this appli-
ance should nevertheless fail to function properly, this is a
matter of regret for us. Before contacting our service de-
partment, check to see if you can eliminate the problem
yourself.
If you were not able to eliminate the problem yourself, plea-
se contact an authorized Fakir service center or a trained
technician in your country.
Before calling, make sure to have the following infor-
mation:
Appliance / model designation including 7-digit article
number
e. g. Art. no. 67 06 006 and date of manufacture 2011-01
(This information can be found on the rating plate of the ap-
pliance.)
or the 7-digit replacement part number.
WARNING!
Switch off and unplug the appliance before beginning trou-
bleshooting. This will prevent the appliance from accidental-
ly being switched on.
