4. Press [ MODE ] to store the settings to the
desired memory location, a beep tone
sounds when the setting is completed. R
icon will be shown on the screen, the data
is memorized.. A beep sound indicates
successful setting.

B. To Recall Settings from Memory
1. While the power is off, press [ MODE ] key
for 2 seconds . The scale will recall the
memories ( Recall mode ).
2. In Recall mode, the screen displays the
memory location, height, age, gender and
normal/athlete selection on the toggle
screen.
3. Press [
] or [ ] to select the memory
location.
4. If the selected memory is free, no data will
be displayed.
5. If the memory is occupied, you can recall
it by pressing [ MODE ] button. R icon will
be displayed on screen. The screen
displays the height, age, gender and
normal/athlete selection. A "beep" sound
indicates successful setting.

and Total Body Water Measuring Operation.
C. To Fast-Recall Settings from Memory
1. While the power is off, press [ ] or [ ] to
toggle between memory locations. Press
[mode ] to confirm the selected location. R
icon will be displayed on screen. The screen
displays the height, age, gender and
normal/athlete selection on the screen. A
"beep" sound indicates successful setting.
2. Follow steps 5-7 in the section of Body Fat
and Total Body Water Measuring Operation.
D. To Clear Memory
1. Follow steps 1-3 in the section of To Recall
Settings from Memory.
2. If the selected memory is occupied, press
both [
] and [ ] at the same time to clear
the contents of the selected Memory.
To Turn Off the Scale
To turn the scale off, press and hold [MODE]
key for 2 seconds. Or, if no key has been
pressed for 10 seconds, the scale turns off
automatically.
PROBLEM-SOLVING
- Display Err0: Initialization error. Step off the
scale. Press lightly on the scale platform to
re-initialize the scale, the display shows
and then turns off. The scale is ready for
use again.
- Display Err1: Instability error. Repeat
measurement again, stand still while
computation is in process.
- Display Err2: Overload warning. Remove
the weight immediately otherwise
permanent damage to the scale will occur.
- Display Err3: Contact error. Impedance
cannot be measured. Please make sure
that you are standing still on the scale and
maintain maximum contact between your
feet and the metal contacts. You may need
to moisten your feet to improve the contact.
- Display Err4: Measured body impedance
is beyond the technical limit. Moisten your
feet may help to improve the contact with
electrodes on the platform.
