14. Care and maintenance of underwater housing.
The underwater housing must be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water after each use in salt water. Rinse
the buttons on the underwater housing thoroughly with water. After that, please dry the case. Should
the case not be thoroughly cleaned, it can lead to corrosion or salt deposits on the door hinges and the
snaps. Moreover, the rubber seal between the door and the housing has to be cleaned with water.
Corrosion, small lint or even a grain of sand can affect the tightness of the underwater housing.
Important: If the underwater housing is not maintained and serviced after each use in salt water, the
underwater housing can leak and the BeastVision could be damaged.
If through lack of maintenance, corrosion have formed in the housing, then you should not use the
underwater case in the water.
The warranty does not cover water damage caused by improper handling or user error.
