Ensure the start switches are not in the on position before reconnecting the battery

pack to the product.

Important! Never store the trimmer with a flat battery pack! Charge after every use

and every 6 months of storage.

Note: The battery pack will not be damaged if charged for more then 12 hours.

4. ASSEMBLY

Fitting the blade guard on the trimmer head

Fit the blade guard to the tool, using the screw supplied. Secure the blade guard to the tool

using a cross head screw driver, do not over tighten.

Attaching the cutting blade (or other accessories)

Hook the blade into the bottom rear of the head of the tool and push the blade upwards onto

the bottom of the head. You will hear the blade snap into place.

Fitting the battery belt to the battery pack

Before first use charge the battery pack for 16 hours!

• Fit the battery belt so the plastic part curves away from the battery pack and with the

round hole in the centre of the plastic part in the bottom.

• Fit tab “A” through hole “a”, tab “B” through hole “b” and tab “C” through “c”.

• Push the battery belt upwards behind the tabs as far as it will go. The battery pack will be

securely attached if the round protrusion on the battery pack fits in the round hole on the

battery belt.

Note: The easiest way to strap the battery pack round your waist is to grab the shorter of the

two belt straps with your left hand. Then put the battery pack to your left side and with your

right hand take the longer of the two straps behind your back, bring it round your right side to

the front and lock the belt.

• Grip the head of the trimmer and press and hold the button which has the word “push”

printed on it.

έει ως απτέλεσµα τν κίνδυν ηλεκτρπληίας,υπερρτισης ή διαρρής

επιλαών υγρών απ τη µπαταρία.

Εάν αντιµετωπίσετε πιδήπτε πρληµα µε τ πρϊν αυτ ή εάν

ρειάεστε ανταλλακτικά,σας παρακαλύµε να έρθετε σε επαή µε τ

ε$υσιδτηµέν κέντρ τενικής υπστήρι$ης ή µε τν αντιπρσωπ της

περιής σας.

Πρειδπιήσεις ασαλείας για τν ρτιστή της µπαταρίας

 ρτιστής έει σεδιαστεί ειδικά ώστε να ρησιµπιείται τρδτύµενς απ

µια συνήθη ικιακή ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση (230 - 240 volt).Μην πρσπαθήσετε να τν

συνδέσετε σε πιαδήπτε άλλη πηγή τρδσίας ηλεκτρικύ ρεύµατς.Σας

παρακαλύµε πριν απ τη ρήση να διαάσετε και να ακλυθήσετε τις δηγίες πυ

αναγράνται στν ρτιστή και στη µπαταρία.

Η µπαταρία θα πρέπει να ρτίεται µν σε εσωτερικύς ώρυς - σε έναν καθαρ και

στεγν σηµεί.

Πρειδπιηση! ∆εν θα πρέπει να άετε τη µπαταρία στν ρτιστή εάν η

µπαταρία έει κάπια ρωγµή,θρά ή λάη, ή εάν έει υπστεί κάπι

µεγάλ κτύπηµα.Υπάρει κίνδυνς να σας κτυπήσει τ ρεύµα ή να πάθετε

ηλεκτρπλη$ία.Θα πρέπει να αντικαταστήσετε τη µπαταρία µε νέα και να

πρωρήσετε στην ασαλή απκµιδή και απρριψη της αλασµένης

µπαταρίας.Θα πρέπει να τπθετείτε τν ρτιστή και τ καλώδι τυ

ρτιστή σε ασαλές σηµεί,ώστε να µην σκντάτετε επάνω τυς και να

µην τα πατάτε.

Πρειδπιηση! Μην αήνετε κανενς είδυς υγρά να έρνται σε επαή

µε τν ρτιστή.Υπάρει κίνδυνς ηλεκτρπλη$ίας. Η µπαταρία θα πρέπει

να είναι απλύτως στεγνή πριν µπει στν ρτιστή.

Πρειδπιηση! Εάν για πινδήπτε λγ γαίνυν υγρά απ τη

µπαταρία,µην έρεστε σε επαή µε αυτά. Εάν υπάρ$ει κατά λάθς επαή µε

αυτά τα $έα της µπαταρίας, $επλύντε τα µε νερ.Εάν τα $έα έρθυν σε

επαή µε τα µάτια σας,ητήστε ιατρική ήθεια.

Καθαρισµς

Για τη µείωση τυ κινδύνυ ηλεκτρπλη$ίας,πριν απ τν καθαρισµ τυ

ρτιστή τ ις τυ ρτιστή θα πρέπει να απσυνδέεται απ την πρία και

να γαίνει η µπαταρία.

Αήστε τη µπαταρία να κρυώσει µετά τη ρήση σε ένα ασαλές,δρσερ και καλά

αεριµεν µέρς,µακριά απ τα παιδιά.
