Introduction

Before using the appliance for the ﬁrst

time make yourself familiar with all func-

tions of the appliance and become

familiar with the correct handling of electrical tools.

To do this, read the following operating instructions.

Use the appliance only as described and only for

the speciﬁed areas of application. Retain

these in-

structions for future reference. Also, pass them on to

whoever might acquire the appliance at a future date.

 Intended purpose

This appliance is certiﬁed exclusively for hand op-

eration in the care of grassed areas in private gar-

dens. This appliance in intended only for domestic

use. All other usages, and modiﬁcations to the appli-

ance, are deemed to be improper applications and

bring with them a high potential for serious acci-

dents. The manufacturer accepts no liability for

damage resulting from improper application.

blade bar!

Damaged appliances, power cables and power

plugs mean potentially fatal risks from electric

shock. Regularly check the condition of the appli-

ance, the power cables and the power plugs.
