Troubleshooting and tips

Using the battery reset button

If the device stops responding and the ON/OFF switch has no effect, use the

battery reset button to switch off the device.

► Disconnect the device from the mains adapter.

► Push a pen or a piece of wire (e.g. a paper clip) ﬁrmly into the opening of the battery reset button.

► Connect the mains adapter to the device again.

► Switch the device on again.
