YOUR GUARANTEE CARD

This guarantee card covers your device for a period of 24 months as from the date of purchase as to

service charges on condition that you have used the device correctly as described in the directions for

use.

Defects originating from incompetent treatment, damage or attempts to repair by third parties, are not

covered by the guarantee.

The guarantee does not apply to the supplied accessories and other parts of the product that are

susceptible to wear. Should you wish to reorder these, then you can go to www.muppa.nl to do so.

This device is only intended for domestic use. Damage and / or malfunctions by industrial use are

excluded from guarantee.

You can make use of the guarantee if:

• The device has been used according to the manual;

• You possess a valid proof of purchase and this has not been changed or made illegible in any way;

• The service form has been filled in clearly and completely;

• Repairs have NOT been executed by unauthorized repair workshops or unauthorized persons;

• The damage can not be blamed on a cause that is alien to the device, such as: fire damage, water

damage, transport damage, atmospheric discharges, insufficient or improper maintenance;

Should your device not function properly despite our careful quality control, then you can appeal to our

service. If you wish to use our service, we request you to send us a clearly filled in service form,

including your purchase bill. The service form is included in this manual.

To prevent any inconveniences, we advise you to carefully read the directions for use prior to

contacting us.

You have a guarantee of 24 months after the date of purchase of this FF-17. We guarantee during this

period the free repair of defects caused by material- and construction faults. This at the importers discretion.

It is only possible to claim to the guarantee when you enclose your purchase ticket with the FYSIC FF-17.

HOW TO ACT:

If you notice a defect, consult the manual first. If this manual gives you no definite answer, than consult the

FYSIC hepline at the number +31 (0) 73 6411 355.

THE GUARANTEE EXPIRES:

When used inexpert, faulty connections, use of unoriginal parts or accessories, negligence and defects

caused by fire, flood, stroke of lightning and natural disasters. With unqualified modifications or repairs by

third persons. With incorrect transport without a suitable packing. If the device is not handed in with the

correct filled in guarantee card and the purchase ticket.

NOT UNDER THIS GUARANTEE: cords and plugs.

All further responsibilities, in particular subsequent damages, are excluded.
