Preparation
Fill the ingredients into the bread pan in the
stated order. The eggs may be stirred with
water to get a somewhat lighter consistency.

Lettuce Bread

Chopped Lettuce 210 g 130 g
Bread Flour 350 g 210 g
Yeast 4 g 3 g
Preparation
Lettuce should be chopped and mashed with
a food processor. Fill the ingredients into the
bread pan in the stated order. Program selec-
tion: SWEET.
Raisin Bread

Milk Powder 60 g 40 g
Sugar 40 g 25 g
Bread Flour 350 g 210 g
Yeast 4 g 2 g
Raisin 22 g 15 g
Preparation
Fill the ingredients into the bread pan in the
stated order. The corresponding amount of
fresh milk can be used instead of water. Add
the raisins as soon as the beeper sounds du-
ring the kneading process. Program selec-
tion: SWEET.
Ultra-Fast Bread

Loaf size up to 750 g 500 g
Water (ca. 50 °C) 230 ml 145 ml
Ei 1 1
Salt 7 g 5 g
Sugar 22 g 14 g
Bread Flour 380 g 260 g
Yeast 9 g 6 g
Butter 24 g 18 g
Preparation
Fill the ingredients into the bread pan in the
stated order. Warm the water to approx.
50 °C before filling in. Add the butter 10 mi-
nutes after the knead process has started, to
produce a better loaf.

Apple Crisp
Ingredients
Medium cooked apples 4
Lemon juice 15 g
Packed brown sugar 80 g
All-purpose flour 50 g
Quick cooking oats 60 g
Softened Butter 50 g
Preparation
Cook 4 medium sized apples and remove all
pips. Then chop the apples in small pieces
and mash them finely in the measure cup.
Then add the mash into the bread pan with
the other ingredients.
Program selection: DESSERT.
