from any edges.
• Always place the appliance at a safe
distance from flammable objects such as
curtains, tablecloths or similar.
• The appliance must not be placed or
stored near other sources of heat.
• Do not cover.

Do not touch the hot surfaces due to the

• Do not move the appliance when in use.
• Please note that the appliance will remain
hot for a while after you switch it off.
Always allow the appliance to cool down
completely before storage.
• The glass lid and ceramic bowl must not

• The ceramic bowl must not be exposed
to sudden changes in temperature. If you

• Allow the glass lid and ceramic bowl to
cool before cleaning them with water.
• Due to the production technique, there is
an area on the underside of the ceramic

porous and may absorb water. For this

ABOUT SLOW COOKING
Slow cooking is particularly suitable for cooking
cheaper cuts such as shoulder, breast, shin,
braising steak, osso buco, etc., along with root
vegetables and other vegetables, as the long
cooking time at a low temperature makes the
meat both juicy and tender.
Some foods are not suitable for slow cooking.
Therefore, do not add shellfish, milk, cream or
pasta until shortly before the food is ready.
