Operation
Before using the appliance for the first time,
clean thoroughly.
Preparation

• Place the appliance on a smooth, clean
surface.
• Pull out cable from the cord store 9 to
the required length:
1. Remove cable from the two clamping
slots.
2. Pull out/push in cable past the cover
to the required length.
3. Re-attach cable end.
Attach carriage 5 and “sausage end”
holder 8.
• Use the rotary knob 1 to set the required
cutting width.
• Insert the plug.
Switching the appliance ON/OFF
Risk of injury from sharp blade!
Blade is very sharp. Keep hands clear of
the blade. After switching off, the drive
continues for a short time. After work, set
cutting width to 0.
Instantaneous switching
1.
Press the switch-on safety device and hold
down.
2.
Then press ON button until the power tool
starts running.
3.
Release the switch-on safety device
again.
To stop the appliance, release the ON button.
Continuous operation
1.
Press the switch-on safety device and hold
down.
2.
Then press ON button until it locks into
position.
3.
Release the switch-on safety device
again.
To stop the appliance, press the ON button
again and release.

1. Slide the slide 6 to right .
2. Pull carriage away from the blade to
the end position.
• Place the food which is to be sliced on
the carriage and gently push against the
stop plate.
• Slowly slide the food which is to be
sliced against the moving blade.
