Pull up on each buckle tongue to

make sure it is securely attached.

18 Tighten Harness Straps

Pull down the adjustment

webbing and adjust the harness

so that your child is snugly

secured.

Make sure the space between the

child and the shoulder harness

strap is about the thickness of

one hand.

19 Be Sure the Harness Straps are

at the Proper Height

Rear-Facing: Harness straps must

be at or just below the child’s

shoulders A and top of head

must be at least 2.5 cm below

the red headrest adjustment

handle B.

Forward-Facing: Harness straps

must be at or just above the

child’s shoulders C and top

of child’s ears must be below

top of headrest D.

20 Squeeze the head support

adjustment handle and pull up

or push down the head support

until it snaps into the proper one

of the ve positions.

21 Booster Seat:

Group 2 (15-25 kg)

Child restraint must be forward-

facing in the vehicle seat.

Remove the infant insert when

used as a booster.

Never use a 2 point vehicle belt across

front of child A

Do not use vehicle shoulder belt

loose or positioned under child’s arm

22 Do not use vehicle shoulder belt

behind child’s back C

Do not allow child to slide down

in the child restraint D

23 Press the red button down to

disengage the buckle. Then leave

the harness straps on the left and

right sides of the child restraint.

24 To remove the crotch pad, rst

locate the elastic on the inside

of the crotch pad. Pull both the

elastic and the crotch pad over

the buckle to remove.

25 Squeeze the head support

adjustment handle and pull up

or push down the head support

until it snaps into the proper one

of the ve positions.

Booster Install

26 Store the Harness

Detach the snaps A

Detach the hook and loop

fastener on the seat pad B

Lift the upper ap of seat pad

upward and pull the lower ap

forward. Then store the shoulder

straps and buckle tongues in their

storage compartments C D

Pull the buckle through the

slot in the seat pad and then

store the buckle in its storage

compartment E

27 Reattach the snaps and the hook

and loop fastener to recover the

seat shell.

28 Recline the Child Restraint

Place the child restraint in recline

position 1 or 2.

29 Securing Child In Booster

Vehicle shoulder belt and waist

belt passe through the vehicle

The vehicle buckle tongue

is engaged with the buckle

30 Be Sure the Harness Straps are

at the Proper Height

Booster: The shoulder belt guides

must be even with or just above

the child’s shoulders.

31 Infant Insert

Infant insert is for child’s

protection. It must beused for

children 0-6 months.

32 Infant Body Support

Remove the head support

portion of the infant insert when

the child’s head no longer ts

comfortably.

Remove the body support

of the infant insert when the

infant’s shoulders no longer t

comfortably.

33 Foam Insert

To remove, pull out the foam

insert out. Remove the foam

insert to allow more space

when the infant does not t

comfortably.

34 DO NOT install this child

restraint on vehicle seats that

face sideward or rearward with

respect to the moving direction

of the vehicle.

35 Do not place this child restraint in

seating positions where an active

frontal airbag is installed If your

child is still in rear-facing mode.

36 DO NOT create a gap between

vehicle seat and child restraint.

DO NOT hang over front of

vehicle seat. B

If child will not keep the vehicle

seat belt properly positioned, DO

NOT use this child restraint, use a

dierent car seat.

37 Identify Your Vehicle Safety Belt

Type

This child restraint is only suitable

for vehicle seats with 3 point

retractor safety-belt.

38 Press the red button down to

disengage the buckle. Then leave

the harness straps on the left and

right sides of the child restraint.

39 Remove the crotch pad.

40 Remove the infant insert.

41 To remove the shoulder pads, rst

unsnap the pads then remove the

webbing attached by the velcro.

42 Detach the snaps on sides of seat

pad A

Detach the hook and loop

fastener on the seat pad B

Detach elastic tabs, located

behind head support, from the

seat shell C

43 Detach the snaps.

44 Remove the fastening piece from

the seat shell A

Detach elastic tabs from the seat

shell B C

To clean the soft goods, please

refer to the washing label on the

child restraint.

45 Store instruction manual in the

slot with the instruction book

icon as shown.
