Remote control of a video recorder
To control a GRUNDIG video recorder, repeatedly press the »Mode« button
until the VCR indication is lit. Then press the desired function button.
After about 20 seconds the remote control switches automatically back to TV
mode. The VCR indication goes out. It is also possible to switch the remote
control back to TV control mode earlier by pressing the »Mode« button.

Displays information about function and playing time on the TV

TXT Switches between longplay and standard play mode.
TV-G A brief pressure activates TIMER RECORDING;
a long pressure deactivates TIMER RECORDING.
