On the top
CD compartment
Slot for inserting a CD.
Opens and closes the CD compartment.
ON/OFF Switches the device in and out of standby mode.
SLEEP Sets the sleep timer, switches the sleep timer off.
SNOOZE Interrupts the alarm function for 6 minutes.
ALARM 1 Activates the setting for alarm time 1.
ALARM 2 Activates the setting for alarm time 2.
Front
Display
Displays the current time, the frequency,
the CD functions and the alarm times.

II Starts and pauses CD playback.
7 Ends CD playback.
Activates the time setting, switches between 12 and
24 hour clock format.
8 In CD mode: selects the previous track, press and
hold down to search backwards for a particular
passage.
For setting the minutes (clock and alarm times).
