Note:
If you have selected the CD input source for alarm 1 but there is no CD in-
serted, the device will then wake you up with the signal tone.
Waking up with the signal tone (Alarm 2)

Switch the device to standby with »ON/OFF«.
2 Press »ALARM 2« to activate the alarm function.
– Display: the alarm time flashes and »
ALARM 2« is constant.
– The device wakes you up at the set time with the signal tone and with the
input source last selected (alarm duration is 60 minutes).
Interrupting the alarm

Press »SNOOZE« while the alarm is going off.
– The alarm signal (radio station CD or signal) stops.
– The alarm signal goes off again at six-minute intervals (overall alarm
duration is 60 minutes).
Cancelling the alarm for the day
1
Press »ON/OFF« while the alarm is going off.
– The alarm signal (radio station CD or signal) stops.
– The alarm retains the set time for the next day.
Activating and deactivating the alarm

In standby mode, deactivate the alarm by briefly pressing »ALARM 1« or
»
ALARM 2«.
– Display: »
ALARM 1« or »ALARM 2« disappears.
– The set alarm time is saved.
2 In standby mode, activate the alarm by briefly pressing »ALARM 1« or
»
ALARM 2«.
– Display: »ALARM 1« or »ALARM 2«.
