The remote control

Switches the receiver to standby or from standby to the last selected
channel position (last station memory).
1… 0 Numeric buttons for channel position selection (also from standby) and
for entering alphanumeric data (digits, signs, letters) in certain menus.
Ǻ Displays and exits the main menu on the picture screen.
When in a menu: back to the main menu. Changes are automatically
saved.

Sound on and off. As long as the sound is muted, the message

Keep pressed to scroll the channel positions at high speed.
When in a menu: select a menu row or setting.

forward and backward in the channel lists.
A/B Displays and exits the electronic »Program Guide«.
