Connecting loudspeakers or an amplifier
Several loudspeakers can be connected to the bottom of the picture screen. The
loudspeakers connected must be set in the »Loudspeaker Configuration« menu
(see page 18).
Connecting the cables of the built-in loudspeakers
(standard setting)
The loudspeakers are connected to the clamping sockets on the picture screen.
Press down the clamping lever to insert the loudspeaker cable into the terminals.
Insert the »–« core of the loudspeaker cable into the black (–) terminal and the
»+« core (marked or coloured core) into the red terminal.
1 Connect the left/right loudspeakers to the clamping terminals
»L/CENTER IN« and »R«
2 Connect the centre loudspeaker to the clamping terminal
»Center/Subwoofer«.
Note:
It is not necessary to connect the cables of the built-in loudspeakers if exter-
nal loudspeakers (4Ω impedance) are connected to the clamping terminals.
It is possible to connect a subwoofer instead of the centre loudspeaker to the
»Center/Subwoofer« clamping terminal.
