Storing stations
1 Search for the station as described.
2 Briefly press »PRESET«.
– Display: »
œEmpty preset 1 æ«, if no stations are stored.
3 Select the preset (»1« to »10«) with »
ɶ TUNING ʺ«.
4 Save the station by pressing »PRESET« and holding it until »Preset 1
saved« appears in the display.
5 To store more stations, repeat steps 1 to 4.
– If you save more than 10 stations, the stations saved previously are over-
written.
Setting Dynamic Range Control (DRC)
When you activate Dynamic Range Control (DRC), you can hear the quiet
parts of a piece of music better in a loud environment; this reduces the
dynamics of the piece of music.
1 Briefly press »MENU« to call up the DAB menu.
2 In the DAB menu, press »
ɶ TUNING ʺ« to select option »DRC value«
and confirm by pressing »SELECT«.
– Display: e.g. »DRC 0« (Dynamic Range Control off).
3 Press »
ɶ TUNING ʺ« to select the value (»DRC 1/2« or »DRC 1«) and
press »SELECT« to confirm.
