When the timer recording is completed …
… the satellite receiver switches automatically in standby mode.
On the front panel of the receiver, the red »
●●
« goes out.
The timer data remains stored facilitating in this way programming of series programmes, e.g.
“Daily news” (quasi-everyday function).
Direct recording without the timer of the satellite receiver
If the receiver is receiving signals via the EURO-AV sockets (choice of channel position “AV” on the
video recorder) no displays will be recorded.
It is possible to display the time and to call up the »Timer« sub-menu (eg. to check the stop time)
during the "running" timer recording without the recording being affected.
However, if the video recorder is receiving signals via the RF aerial cable, you must not press any
buttons during the recording, otherwise your video will also record all of the displays.
During direct recordings the channel position change is not blocked. The timer on the receiver should
therefore always be used for video recordings.
