Select the pulled load (respect the maximum tensile
loading)
Release the steel cable by turning the hand crank
counter-clockwise or by releasing the blocking hook
(#55125) to reach the required length.
Caution! Never unreel the winch steel cable to the full extent
– there must always be app. 3 coil rounds on the roller.
Hang the load hook on the pulled load.
To pull the load, turn the hand crank clockwise.
Caution! If the hand cable winch is loaded, never release
the blocking hook (#55125)!

Warranty
The warranty exclusively applies to material or manufacturing
defects. Original purchase voucher with the purchase date
must be provided for lodging a claim in the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover any unauthorised use such as
appliance overload, violent use, damage by another person or
an undesirable item. Failure to follow the Operating
Instructions or assembly instructions and ordinary wear and
tear are also excluded from the warranty.
Behaviour in case of emergency
Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the
injury nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as
possible.
Protect the injured person from other injuries and calm
him/her down.
In case of accident, first aid kit must always be available
in the place of your work in accordance with DIN 13164.
Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be
supplemented right away.

Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
device or its package. The description of the meanings can be
found in the “Marking“ section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the device against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending
on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and
can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material
circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal
costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be
dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of
the package away from children and dispose them as soon as
possible.
Operator requirements
The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions
before using the device.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary for using the device
apart from detailed instruction by an expert.
Minimum age
The device can only be operated by persons over 18 years of
age. An exception includes youngsters operating the device
within their professional education to achieve necessary skills
under trainer's supervision.
Training
Using the device only requires appropriate instructions by a
professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No special
training necessary.
Servicing and cleaning
This cable winch is factory-lubricated. However, to provide an
optimum performance and longer service life, it is
recommended to occasionally lubricate the toothed wheels
and the shaft and apply some oil on the operating shaft
bearing.
Keep the winch in a good operating condition. Damaged or
worn-out parts may unexpectedly cause a risk and lead to
injuries or material damage.
Clean and treat the device at regular intervals. By this, an
efficient operation and long time of use will be guaranteed.
Storing: Cleaned, dried, without dust, not less than 5°C.
Any servicing work not explicitly specified in this manual must
be performed by authorised staff as there may be dangerous
situations the operator is unable to handle. Spare parts may
only be replaced by authorised staff.
