Warranty
The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by material
defect or manufacturing defect.
Original payment voucher with the sales date needs to be
submitted for any claim in the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as
appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result of
any unauthorised interference or caused by foreign items.
Failing to follow the operating and assembly instructions and
common wear are also not included in the guarantee.
General Safety Directions
The instruction manual should be read entirely before the
initial use. If doubts of connection and operation arise, contact
the manufacturer (servicing department).
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY IN
ORDER TO SECURE A HIGH DEGREE OF SAFETY:
Caution: The operation is permitted only with a
stray current fuse (maximum stray current 30mA
according to VDE part 702).Consult your electrical
engineer.
Never use the pump as a pool circulation pump.
This unit is not determined for use by persons of limited
physical, sensorial or psychological capacities or persons of
insufficient experience or knowledge, unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety, who
instructs them how to handle the machine.
Remove all the parts of the packaging material out of the
reach of children and toddlers. Risk of breathing in and
suffocating is impeding.
Caution
: Always provide for the best possible cooling of the
motor. In any case, the smallest distance from the fan grates
should be 40 cm at least. Never cover the pump up nor install
it in a narrow shaft. Provide for a good exhaust of the
operating heat.
The pump is not fitted for pools. Electrical wiring should be
done by an expert only. The pump shall have the stray current
protection device.
Never let the pump run dry without any supply of water. You
would cause threat to the age of your pump and danger to the
motor .
In cold weather, the pumping body motor should not be
wrapped in a blanket or another piece of textile with intent to
prevent the water freezing. Do not use the pump at outdoor
temperature above 40°C or below 0°C, not even with water of
temperature above 35°C.
The pump should be never used with other liquid but water.
Avoid using the water with sand, it could damage the
sealing.
Observe the operating instructions precisely at assembly and
commissioning. The persons not familiar with the pump
operation are recommended to read the operating and
maintenance manual before commissioning to exclude any
damage of the pump.
On the site, the user is responsible for a third person.
The pump may be put in operation only with the use of a
cable or rubber extension, type H07RNF, according to
standards DIN 57282 or DIN 57245.
The pump should not be lifted, supported or attached with an
electrical connection cable.
Should the cable or a socket be damaged by influence of
external effects, the cable shall not be repaired. The cable
has to be replaced with a new one.
Only an electrical expert engineer shall be allowed to do the
work.
It is necessary to make sure that the connections to electrical
sockets are protected from flooding and moisture.
Before the use, it is necessary to check the power cable and
the plug. Place the pump on a flat, stable, horizontal ground.
Unplug the pump before performing any work.
The user shall be held liable for observing local regulations of
safety and assembly.
Check the unit visually before any use. Do not use the unit if
the safety devices are worn or damaged. Never put the safety
devices out of operation.
Work with the unit only in compliance with the purpose of use
shown in this manual.
You are the person responsible for the safety in work zone.
If the pump is defective, the repairs shall be done by the
works authorised for that. Only genuine spare parts are
allowed for use.
Children should be prevented from excess by appropriate
means.
Before putting the unit in operation, it is necessary to check
whether the electrical protection measures were taken.
When the pump is in operation, the persons should not stay in
the medium transferred.
Protect the pump to being exposed to a direct beam of water.
The operator shall be held liable for observing local safety
and assembly regulations.(Contact an electrical engineer to
ask questions, if any)
The operator should take appropriate measures to prevent
faults occurred on the home water management facility in
result of flooding (e.g. installing alarm, stand-by rump etc.)
The pump should never run dry. The claims for damages
result from the dry run, the rights for the manufacturer paying
for damaged will become extinct.
Electrical safety:
DANGER ! Electrical shock !
Risk of electrical shock and resulting injuries!
Unplug before filling, after a stop, to remove faults or
before maintenance. Operate only on connections with a
stray current switch (RCD)!
Ask questions an electrical engineer.
The plate data must coincide with the system data.
Protect the cable from heat, oil or sharp edges.
General Instructions:
Check optically and make sure that the pump, the line cable
and the plug are not damaged .
Never use a damaged pump.
