Ratchet screwdriver 1/2" PRO

Hardy, chromium plated, polished finish. Extremely high torque (110 Nm),

owing to which additional tightening is not necessary. Softgripp heated

handgrip. Tool bracket of high quality. Low vibrations, long-life gearing

right/left from the gear on the head. Air outlet on pneumatic coupling to provide

for nice work. Continuous adjustment of speed.

It includes a connecting plug of a usual nominal width 7,2.

Get familiar with the adjustment and correct use of the unit

Assigned Use

The adjustment screwdriver is a pneumatic tool to do craft works

easily. It works very well on motor vehicles, motorcycles,

agricultural machines or assembly belts, primarily on hardly

accessible places. To obtain a maximum torque, additional

fastening by hand with ratchet screwdriver is not permitted.

Waste air comes out in the forward part of the body. Pneumatic

coupling is formed by fast-acting clutch.

Safety Provisions

Protect yourself and those around against accidents with suitable safety

means.

• Do not touch the rotating parts.

• The ratchet screwdriver should not be used in contrary to

determination.

• Protect the pneumatic tools from children.

• Get down to work well-rested and concentrated.

• Pneumatic connection via a fast-acting clutch only.

• Set-up the work pressure on reduction valve.

• Do not use oxygen or inflammable gases as the source of energy.

• Before removing failures, disconnect the unit from the source of

pressure air.

• Use only the genuine spare parts.

• Never let the unit idle at full.

• When working with a ratchet screwdriver, always wear required

protection suits and ear protectors.

Initial Operation

Screw the plug-in clutch included in the delivery (pos. 2) screw in the

reduction clutch. Use a box-end or a forked wrench for it.

Notice: Tighten the thread with a Teflon tape.

Pull a required socket wrench insert on the drive (pos.4). Connect the air

hose and a fast-acting clutch to the plug-in clutch. Put the socket wrench

insert on the screw or the nut being released/tightened. Set-up the required

direction of turning on the switching lever (Fig.2) and pull the draw-off lever

(pos. 3).

The required speed and torque may be set up with a screw on the hand grip

(Fig. 3).

Maintenance and Care

Observing warning commands shown in the manual will provide this high

quality product long service life and fault-free operation. Lasting and trouble-

free function of your ratchet screwdriver is grounded on regular lubrication.

Use only a special tool oil. Pick up a possibility of lubrication. :

b) Via a beam added lubricator

The full maintenance unit include a beam added lubricator and is placed on

the compressor.

c) Via a lubricator on the piping

A lubricator installed on piping supplying the unit with sufficient amount of oil

in an immediate distance from the unit (approximately 50 cm).

If there is no maintenance unit or a lubricator on piping , 5-6 drops of oil

should be put in pneumatic connection before every putting in operation.

Store the pneumatic tool in dry rooms only.
