The rating plate with the connection and performance data can be found beneath the heater.
5 Operations and Handling
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device. Observe the
following notices to avoid dangers and damages.

► This device is only intended for use in households in enclosed spaces.
5.1 Before initial use
•
Thoroughly clean the basket and the pot with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a
non-abrasive sponge.
Please note
► You can also clean these parts in the dishwasher.

Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with a cloth.
Please note
► It’s better to pull out the pot not longer than 30s, to make sure the stable temperature
inside the pot to have better result.
5.2 Commissioning
5.2.1
Connect the main plug into a socket. The device beeps and lighting.
5.2.2
Temperature setting:
The display shows “160°C” and “3Min”. Press “+” or “–“ to increase/decrease the temperature (in
5°C steps) Max.: 200°C, Min.: 60°C.
5.2.3
Time setting:
Press “+” or “–“, to increase/decrease the time (in 1 Min. steps). Max.: 60 Min., Min. 1 Min.
5.2.4
Let the device preheat for 3-4 Min without food.
5.2.5
Pull out the frying basket with the handle and fill it with your desired food.
Please note
► Never fill the basket exceed the amount indicated in the table, as this could affect the
quality of the end result.
5.2.6
Slide the pot back into the fryer.
Please note
► Never use the pot without the basket in it.
5.2.7
Fast cooking:
Press stop and the device immediately starts frying (Temperature: 160°C, cooking time: 3 Min.).
While frying you can still adjust the time and temperature (see step 4 and 5).
