The machine and all its parts should be cleaned with soft
cloths moistened with standard neutral detergents.
Use soft cloths for drying.
Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or
plug,
if it is not working properly or if it has been damaged or
dropped. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
MAINS VOLTAGE
Before plugging in, check that the mains voltage
corresponds to the voltage indicated on the food slicer
(data plate). The power supply shall have overloading
protection to this appliance. Make sure the connection
cannot result in tripping over or falling.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Once unwrapped, place it so that the on/off switch is
in front of the operator.
2. Check the graduated knob on position “0”, plug in,
switch on, check the blade turn fluently, check the
sound of blade turning, check the “on” indicator works
well. Switch off, check the blade stop working.
3. Regulate the thickness of the slice desired by turning
the graduated knob.
4. Place the food to be sliced on the sliding carriage
pushing against the food holder arm facing the blade,
making sure that the food is resting against the movable
bulkhead.
