BEFORE USE
1. Make sure that there is enough ventilation around the raclette.
2. The raclette should not be placed on an untreated wood surface. Place the
raclette on a heat resistant surface.
GRILL
1. Place the raclette in the middle of the table.
2. Cut the meat into small pieces. You thus reduce the cooking time. Chop the
crude meat and serve it on a plate or a wooden board.
3. Turn on the unit by “ON/OFF” switch for cooking.
4. You can grill toasts in the raclette pans, fry eggs of potatoes and many other
things.
5. You may serve the grilled meat with different sauces, salads of baguette.
Always remember to add some grease to mini pans before use.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Always unplug the appliance and allow cooling
before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
3. All surfaces can be cleaned with a clean damp
cloth.
4. All the pans can be washed in water. If stains
still appear, it is recommended to use soap.
5. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils
to clean the raclette.
6. Clean inside with a clean damp cloth.
