WARNING ECE R129

• NO child restraint can guarantee full protection from injury in an

accident. However, proper use of a child restraint will reduce the risk

of serious injury or death to your child.

• DO NOT use forward facing before the child’s age exceeds

15 months. Keep your child rearward facing as long as possible as

rearward facing is the safest position.

• DO NOT allow child restraint straps to become twisted, keep them ﬂat.

• DO NOT install or use this base without following the instructions in

this manual or you may put your child at serious risk of injury or death.

• DO NOT make any modiﬁcations to this base or use it along with

component parts from other manufacturers.

• DO NOT use this base if it is damaged or has missing parts.

• DO NOT leave this base unsecured in your vehicle because an

unsecured base can be thrown around and may injure occupants in

a sharp turn, sudden stop, or collision. Remove it if not in regular use.

• NEVER leave your child unattended with a child restraint.

• NEVER use a second-hand base or a base whose history you do not

know because they may have structural damage that endangers

your child’s safety.

• DO NOT place other items on top of the base if it is in the car boot to

prevent damage.

• DO NOT continue to use this base after it has suered any violent

crash. Replace immediately as there may be invisible structural

damage from the crash.

• Remove this base from the vehicle seat when it is not in use.

• To avoid suocation, remove plastic bag and packaging materials

before using this product. The plastic bag and packaging materials

should then be kept away from babies and children.

• Consult the retailer for issues concerning maintenance, repair and

part replacement.

• DO NOT place any objects in the load leg area in front of your base.

• Frequently check the ISOFIX attachments for dirt and clear them if

necessary. Reliability can be aected by ingress of dirt, dust, food

particles etc.

• Correct installation is only permitted by use of the ISOFIX connectors.

• Must use the rebound bar.

• DO NOT install this base under the following conditions:

1. Vehicle seats facing sideways or rearward with respect to the

running direction of the vehicle.

2. Vehicle seats movable during installation.

• This is an i-Size ISOFIX INFANT RESTRAINT SYSTEM. It is approved to

Regulation ECE R129, not all vehicle manufacturer‘s handbooks list

i-Size compatibility yet.

This base is also approved for use in ISOFIX compatible vehicles.

Please refer to the vehicle manufacturer‘s website or consult your

dealer.

• In case of emergency or accidents, it is most important to have your

child taken care of with ﬁrst aid and medical treatment immediately.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Do not use undiluted detergents, gasoline or other organic solvent

to wash the base. It may cause damage to the base.

• Please remove the base from the vehicle seat if not in use. Put the

base in a cool, dry place where your child cannot access it.

• GEEN enkel kinderbeveiligingssysteem kan volledige bescherming

bieden tegen verwondingen bij een ongeval. Het juiste gebruik van

dit kinderbeveiligingssysteem vermindert echter het risico op ernstig

of dodelijk letsel van uw kind.

• Vervoer kinderen onder de 15 maanden NIET in de rijrichting. Plaats

uw kind zo lang mogelijk met zijn rug in de rijrichting, want dit is de

veiligste zitpositie.

• Zorg ervoor dat de veiligheidsriemen van uw kind NIET verdraaien;

ze moeten zo vlak mogelijk zijn.

• Installeer of gebruik de basis NIET zonder de instructies en

waarschuwingen in deze handleiding te volgen; anders kan uw

kind ernstig gewond of zelfs dodelijk gewond raken.

• Breng GEEN wijzigingen aan de basis aan; Gebruik het NIET in

combinatie met onderdelen van andere fabrikanten.

• Gebruik de basis NIET als het beschadigd is of onderdelen missen.
