Thorough clean and dry
• After cleaning, please completely dry the unit before use.
Otherwise, it could cause electrical shock or malfunction
• If the front cover of the plasma dust collector is not properly installed,
no electricity will be connected
• Please make sure the plastic wrap for the electrical
discharge wire is located at its proper position.
Cleaning and Replacing Filters
Use a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to clean off dust on the lter. Under normal conditions,
the lter should be replaced once a year.
Replacing UV Lamp
The germicidal UV lamp should be replaced once every 12 months.
1. Turn the unit off and open the front cover. Remove the air lter cartridge.
2. Remove the expired UV lamp and replace it with the new UV lamp. Handle the UV lamp
on each end in order to avoid breaking the lamp.
3. Press the lamp into the UV lamp slot, so that the metal pins at each end of the UV bulb
are rmly in contact with the metal conductors inside each clamp. Close the plastic
clamps over the lamp on each side.
4. Place the lter back in its compartment, and put the front cover back on. The air purier
is now ready for operation again.
Reassembling
1. After cleaning and drying every part, then install the unit. Put every part back together
with the same steps but with opposite sequence.
2. There’s metal electrode at the bottom of the plasma dust collect, please make sure to
install at its proper position, otherwise the device will not turn on.
3. There’s safeguard protective switch designed for this device, please make sure to install
the front cover properly, otherwise the device will not turn on.
CAuTION
1. Please keep in mind that electrical wires of the Plasma Dust Collector Plate are fragile
and special care is required while cleaning.
2. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
3. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years of age.
